Badrul is a certified Master Black belt from Six Sigma Academy, known for his expertise in lean six sigma methodology and tools, and supporting softwares such as Minitab,JMP, Igrafx, Sigmaflow and Crystal ball. He coached more than 40 lean and six sigma projects that significantly improve financial performance (RM 1 million/project).He is also recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments -providing clear and concise information in format that promote high retention levels.
Equipped with degree in chemical engineering, he has depth experience in hydrocarbon processing with diversified skills such as refinery process and production , refinery and petrochemical technology, process control and process simulation. He developed “people power” skills while working as production supervisor, and gained invaluable experience in troubleshooting process problem. He has done steady state and dynamic modeling such as process simulation for gas plant training simulator project which perfectly complement his capability to pinpoint areas for improvement in PROCESS, PEOPLE and TECHNOLOGY
